INGREDIENTS Of Achari Garlic Bread Recipe:-

Yeast - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Warm milk - 100 milliliters
All purpose flour - 250 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 30 milliliters
Warm milk - 60 milliliters
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 50 milliliters
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Achari masala
Oregano - to taste
Chilli flakes - to taste

PREPARATION Of Achari Garlic Bread Recipe:-

1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, 100 milliliters warm milk and mix it well.
2. Rest the mixture for 10 minutes.
3. Add 250 grams all purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1 tablespoon garlic, 30 milliliters butter and mix it well.
4. Then, add 60 milliliters warm milk and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
5. Add 1 teaspoon oil and tuck the dough well.
6. Rest the dough for 2 hours.
7. In a bowl, add 50 milliliters butter, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 1/2 tablespoons coriander and mix it well. Keep aside.
8. Take the dough and flatten the dough circle with the help of your hands.
9. Spread the achari masala on it.
10. Fold the dough and seal the edges.
11. Place it into a baking dish and spread the prepared garlic butter over it.
12. Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes on it.
13. Now make some cuts on top of the dough.
14. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
15. Serve hot with mayo or your favourite dipping.
